In her pursuit of a space that mirrored her passion for hair and beauty, salon owner Katy searched tirelessly for the perfect location after spending 15 years working in the nearby town of Royston. When she laid eyes on the building that would become Niche, she knew instantly it was meant to be. After undergoing an extensive renovation, Niche opened its doors in August 2022 in the haven of the Cambridge countryside.

Our team comprises of 5 skilled self-employed hairdressers and nail technician, each boasting over 10 years of expertise. From the moment you step into our inclusive salon untill you leave, we're dedicated to ensuring your comfort and confidence.

Specializing in colour, particularly blonde and balayage, we prioritize the use of top-tier products to maintain healthy, nourished hair without compromise.

Our extensive range of colour systems includes Matrix, Redken, Schwarzkoph and L'Oreal, complimented by premium brands like Color WOW, Only curls and Moroccan oil.
