Whats required of me when booking a colour appointment?

Consultation

Meet us in person and tell us where you want to take your hair. Together, we'll make a plan to get there.

Session(s)

Your hair journey might require a corrective milti-session process, a single appointment, or somewhere inbetween. This is why a consultation is so important, its a great way for us to be transparent and talk you through the journey.

Maintenance

We advise you rebook your maintenance appointments when leaving the salon, we are extremnely busy and can not always guarantee and appointment will be available at short notice. Routine touch-ups are important to keep your colours fresh and beautifull.

Do I need a skin test/consultation?

Yes, a skin test Is required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and will be valid for 6 Months.

A consultation is a great way for you to meet your stylist before commiting to an appointment, this also allows us to book out the correct ammount of time required for your service.

Is there anything I should be doing in preperation for my Curly cut?

Yes!

For a successful appointment it is important to wash, condition, de-tangle and style your hair prior ro your appointment.

This is the only way for us to provide the exceptional services we are known for. Failure to do so could result in us having to cancel or rearrange your appointent upon arrival.

DON'T arrive with a ponytail, bun, twist out, roller-set, perm-rod set, curl-former, etc. or any style that stretches or changes your hair's natural curl pattern.

DON'T brush, pick or comb your hair out the day of your service.

DON'T style your hair with products that are excessively sticky greasy or oily. For example, shea butter, coconut oil or castor oil.

​DO cleanse, condition, fully detangle & style your hair curly (with product) the day of your appointment.

DO have your hair thoroughly dry.

DO come with an open mind ready to accept and love your hair in all its natural glory!Start using a gentle cleanser along with a "silicone" free conditioner and styler. Avoid heavy oils and butters.

What happens if I can't make my appointment?

No problem, please give us 48 hours notice if you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment, failure to give this notice will result in a 100% cancelation fee.

How do I cancel or modify my order?

To cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not already been shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, unfortunately we are unable to offer international shipping at this time.
